Cynthia Ann Howard, "Cindy," age 58 of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 24, 2022 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born September 21, 1964 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Gary and Bonnie Howard.
Cindy is survived by her husband, Billy; daughter, Brittany Powell; son, Gary Howard; as well as numerous loving family members and many friends.
