Cynthia L. (Borgerding) Hartsock, age 63, of North Hampton, Ohio, passed away on March 1, 2023. She was born on October 5, 1959 to the late Lawrence and Janet Borgerding.
Cynthia is survived by her husband of 45 years, Cris Hartsock; children: Cristopher, Michael (Megan), and Amber (Gary) Bricker; grandchildren: Sandis, Sada, Benjamin, Kaylee, Kirsten, Adana, and Arcadia; great grandchildren: Carter and Mason; siblings: Julie Wills, Lorene Spurgeon, and David Borgerding; and many other relatives and friends.
As the wife of a career soldier in the United States Army, Cindy followed her husband all over the world raising children and keeping the family together. She was a lover of art and a prolific artist. Cindy enjoyed spending time outdoors including gardening and hiking. She was also a lover of animals of all kinds. Her greatest joy however was spending time with her grandchildren and family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and love her.
A visitation will be held on Monday, March 6, 2023 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 2:00pm at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
