Cynthia A. Parks, age 66, of Miamisburg, passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.
Cynthia was born in Dayton on December 1, 1956 to the late Archie Brooks & Linda Clark.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 17 years, Robert "Bobby" Parks, step-father, Anthony "Tony" Thompson, and uncle, James Clark.
Cynthia is survived by sons, Eric (Shannon) Brooks, Christopher Brooks and Mark (Courtney) Brooks; husband, Scott Lowe; brother, Archie "Pete" Brooks Jr.; nephew, Joshua Brooks; grandchildren, Mason Brooks, Mariah Brooks, Joey Brooks, Cheyenne Chase and Konnor Eversole; and many other relatives and friends
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 12:30-1:30pm at the Newcomer North Dayton Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424. A graveside service will follow at 2pm at Willow View Cemetery, where Cynthia will be laid to rest.
