Curtis "Shag" Sears, age 52, of Dayton, passed away June 5, 2021. He was born December 22, 1968 in Winchester, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Sears; and son, Gage Sears.
Shag is survived by his father, Fred Sears; fiance, Lilly Yarnall and daughter Tiffani Cox; children: Matt Hodler (Ashley), Adam Sears (Jennifer), Aron Belt and Amitty Smith (George); grandchildren: D'Manuel, Isiah, Summer, Emily, Ethan, Jasmine, McKenzi, Elijah, Sophia, Aarilyn, Paisley, Vaeda and Whitley; brother-in-law, Ron Patrick; daughter-in-law, Sandibel Sears; and longtime friends: Natasha Nyxx, Jerry & Brenda Collins and Frank Sirignano.
Shag was a longtime biker who loved riding and partying. He owned a hot sauce company, Shag's Own Redneck Hot Sauce.
