Curtis Bryant Hendrickson

With deepest sorrow, Curtis Bryant Hendrickson age 29, a beloved son, brother, uncle, family member, boyfriend, and friend passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 19th.

Those who knew Curtis, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. He was the biggest gentle giant and soft-hearted person most have ever met. He truly did have a heart of gold. He always wanted to make people happy. He became someone who didn't have a single hateful bone in his body. He will be missed by so many.

Curtis enjoyed playing softball competitively in his free time, frequently visiting the gym, eating bowls of ice cream, riding his motorcycle, spending time with his family and the beautiful person he wanted to marry and spend the rest of his life with.

Curtis had many accomplishments, throughout his life. Curt had a competitive spirit, and it showed in all of his accomplishments and achievements. Curtis touched the lives of so many, some of them called him a hero, a savior and a brother.

Curtis will be missed everyday by his father, Steven Hendrickson; his mother Jan; brother, Steven Jr. & Nicole; sister Amanda Duhl & Dustin; his brothers, Justin & Austin; his grandparents, Helen White and Carl Hendrickson & Sandi; his niece, Annabelle; the love of his life Nicole Waits; his loving aunts, uncles, cousins and many great friends that he considered brothers.

We know Curtis is now with his grandpa Edgar Jenkins, Billy White, His grandma Jane Stafford, uncles Nicholas Jenkins and Brian White and is loved here on earth as well as in heaven.

We LOVE and MISS you so much Curtie Bear, Thor, and Honey Bunny. Rest in Peace.

Family will receive friends Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton.
