Curtis Hagins

Curtis Matthew Hagins, age 35 of Dayton, passed away July 24, 2014. He was born August 9, 1978 in Dayton. He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Thompson Miller.

Curt is survived by his father, Dana Hagins; sister, Jamie (Brad) Medlin; step-brother, Justin Miller; step-sister, Lindsay White; nieces: Julia Medlin, Taylor Medlin and Jordan Medlin; many other family members and friends.

Curt was an avid football fan, always rooting for the Cleveland Browns. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends doing many outdoor activities. Curt was a kind spirit who always had a friendly smile and a warm handshake. He could always be found walking his favorite four-legged friend, Pepper.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, July 27, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the family will receive friends for two hours prior to the service, from 11 am – 1 pm. Burial to follow at Willow View Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Newcomer Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
