Crystal Ann Fitzsimmons

On July 4th 2021, God called upon one of his most precious angels. Crystal Ann Fitzsimmons was born on Sept. 13, 1971. She was raised by her loving mother Judith Lorraine Fitzsimmons (McCullum) and her protective father Michael Xavier Fitzsimmons. Crystal grew up with her little brother Joseph William Fitzsimmons in sunny California. Though she was never married, she met Nicandro Medina Chiprez through her brother. Not too long after Crystal and Nick brought two beautiful girls into this world, Angelica Maria Chiprez and Veronica Medina Chiprez. Like many of us Crystal made a few mistakes when she was young and incidentally needed her mother and brother to help raise her girls. Though she was not present for most of their upbringing,the time that she did spend with them as children was priceless. As her children grew up,so did she. Crystal learned from her mistakes and misfortune. She triumphantly obtained a bachelors degree in addictions counseling. In addition to repairing her relationship with her daughters, Crystal was a very dedicated grandmother. Veronica blessed her with four beautiful granddaughters, Laraina Julia Harrell, Layla Marie Harrell, Lianna Medina Harrell, and Alanna Rose Harrell. When Crystal wasn't working hard at Bob Evans she was spending every waking moment loving and caring for her precious grandchildren. Through their laughter and joy Crystal's spirit will forever live on. She will truly be missed by all those who loved her.

Visitation will be held from 1:00pm-3:00pm, on Sunday, August 8, 2021, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, where a Memorial Service will begin at 3:00pm.
