Craig Anthony Holt, on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, surrounded by his loved ones, slipped peacefully away to his eternal rest.
Craig was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. He was educated in the Dayton Public school system and graduated from Meadowdale High School. He served honorably in the United States Marine Corps which afforded him an opportunity to travel worldwide.
He rededicated his life to Christ and returned to his childhood church, the Mt. Olivet Church of God in Christ. He was active in ministry forming the safety and security ministry. He loved his church and the people of God and was proud to be known as a big Cleveland Browns fan and an "angry Spades player". His favorite past times included riding his motorcycle, watching movies, spending time with his dog Thor and with his family and friends.
He leaves to cherish his precious wife, Stacey Lynn Holt; four children, Katavia Morgan, Robert Barnes, Akeyla Barnes and Nickolas Holt; ten grandchildren; mother, Cumerdis Faye Looney; sisters, Bar- bara Oglesby and Diedra Holt; brothers, Riley Cooper, Jr., Terry E. Holt (Donna) and Darryl E. Holt; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Floyd Holt; sister, Sandra Adams (Eugene); and brother, Floyd Lee Holt.
