Cory Douglas Shaneyfelt, age 58 of Miami Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. He was born May 9, 1963 in Patuxent River, Maryland, the son of Ronald and Joan Shaneyfelt.
He is preceded in death by his father, Ronald Douglas Shaneyfelt; sister, Ronda Ulrich; maternal grandparents, Novelene and Herman Behnken; paternal grandparents, Charles and Mary Shaneyfelt; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Cory is survived by his mother, Joan Shaneyfelt; aunts, Sharon Colia and Judy Brammer; nieces, Candice (Joshua) Maples, Tracy Ulrich, Jessica (Jason) Bogart; great niece, Mackenzie; great nephew, Ryder; best friend, Jamie Violet; step-mother, Ginger Riggs; as well as numerous cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 3, 2021 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Newcomer Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). A memorial service will begin at 4:00 pm.
