Corey H. Eskew

Surrounded by love, Corey H. Eskew passed away at home on Monday, August 26, 2024, at 9:40 AM. He was the infant son of Makinzy N. Miller and Corey M. Eskew. Corey was born on April 22, 2022, in Cincinnati, Ohio. 

Corey was a brave survivor of hydranencephaly. Despite the many challenges he faced, he remained resilient until his very last day. His love for his parents was profound, and they provided him with the comfort and care he longed for. 

Corey is preceded in death by his great-grandparents Kenneth Weese, Paul Egelston, and Karen Egelston. We take solace in knowing he is now in good hands in heaven. 

Corey H. Eskew will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his parents, Makinzy Miller and Corey Eskew; his paternal grandmother, Tiffany Williamson; paternal great-grandmother Beverly Weese; maternal grandparents Charles and Karen Miller; aunts Kayla Eskew and Neveah Williamson; uncles Kendel Williamson, Aden Miller, and Brady Miller; along with countless family members and friends.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439) on Thursday, September 12, 2024 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, where a funeral service will begin at 11:00 am. Corey will be laid to rest at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Middletown, OH.
