Constance L. Huart

Constance Louise "Connie" Huart, age 77 of Dayton, passed peacefully on Saturday, January 15, 2022 in the comfort of her home. She was born on February 3, 1944 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Henry and Victoria Ochs. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Michael William Huart.

Connie is survived by her son, Philip Huart; four siblings, William Ochs, Stephen (Penny) Ochs, Theresa (Ed) Gallagher, and Beth (David) Kelsey. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Connie was a kind and generous soul. She had a great sense of humor and was very supportive. Connie was employed with Caresource for nearly 15 years and always thought of her co-workers as family too. She enjoyed watching football, going to the Casino, and caring for her beloved pets. Connie is well loved and will be deeply missed.

"Walk-Through" Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home-South Chapel located at 3940 Kettering Blvd. Kettering, Ohio 45439. For your safety and the protection of others during the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are required.

If desired, memorial contributions can be made to American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) or to Hospice of Dayton.
