Constance "Connie" Louise Day

In loving memory of Constance “Connie” Louise Day. Connie was born on April 25, 1945, in Simpsonville, South Carolina, and passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on July 10, 2024, in Miamisburg, Ohio.

Connie was a cherished Real Estate Broker in Huber Heights, Ohio, who dedicated over 30 years to her profession. Her legacy extends far beyond her career achievements. She was a beacon of love and support for her family and friends always there to lend a helping hand with her problem-solving skills and southern charm. Her nurturing nature earned her the title of the neighborhood grandma as she showered children with love and care.

Connie completed her education with North Greenville University. She had a passion for arts and crafts, sewing, and thrifting. Her love for playing the piano brought joy to those around her. Known as a caregiver to all, Connie's kindness extended to her garden, animals, and especially her beloved Yorkies: Rocky and Sugar.

Among Connie's proudest accomplishments was her unwavering devotion to her family. She leaves behind a lasting impact on all who were fortunate enough to know her. In her passing, Connie is reunited with her parents Lloyd and Margie Pace, husband Donald Day, brother Glenn Pace, and sisters Faye and Martha.

Connie will be deeply missed by her surviving family members: sons: Kevin Harmon (Vicki) and Michael Day (Jenne); step-children: Jennifer Pelsor (Michael), Donald Day Jr (Donna) and Barbara Day; grandchildren: Matte Harmon, Taylor Pelsor, Cameron Day, Olivia Day and Raylee Shook; brother Carlyle Pace; niece Cathy Gilreath; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Services to honor and remember Connie's life will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Dayton, 4104 Needmore Road. The visitation will take place from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM followed by the funeral service at 1:30 PM. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Connie’s memory to the Pink Ribbon Girls.
