Connie Ann Payne

Connie Ann Payne, age 77, of Carlisle, Ohio, passed away on September 3, 2024. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on June 4, 1947 to the late Fred and Faye Barker. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister Teri Barker. 

She is survived by her husband of 57 years Michael Payne; children Joshua (Kelli) Payne, Carey (Mark) Lugbill; grandchildren Michaela Payne, Mallory Payne, Ashley Lugbill, and Reese Lugbill; nephew Nathan Barker. 

She graduated from Belmont Highschool, class of 1965. Connie married her husband on November 4, 1967. She was always the life of the party and touched a lot of people over the years. Connie was very selfless and generous and spent time volunteering for different organizations. She was the proudest Grana of her grandbabies. Connie was loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends who are forever grateful for the time they shared with her.
