Colleen R. Massie Polak, age 80, passed away on Saturday, May 30 2015 in Dayton, OH. She was born on January 25, 1935 in Harmony, PA to the late George and Florence Massie. Colleen was also preceded in death by her sister, Shirley.
Colleen is survived by her daughters, Valerie (Howie) and Sheila (Jim); grandsons, Chaddwic and Jesse Shay; sister, Laura; as well as several nieces, a nephew, and other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH) on Saturday, June 6, 2015 from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m.
Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association(http://www.alz.org/dayton/) in Colleen's memory.
