Cody Orrick, 31, passed away on 12/10/2022 in Dayton. He is survived by his mother, Nancy Pachin; his father Leslie Orrick and his wife Linda; his brothers, Tyler Orrick (wife Renee) and Matthew Barnes (wife Callie, son Henry); his sister, Gabrielle Pachin (fiancé Joshua); his Aunt Lynn and Uncle Larry Mikesell along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Cody will be remembered for his ornery smile, cheeky sense of humor and ever-tedious mechanical eye. Cody's favorite pastime was tinkering with mechanical workings, dismantling and reassembling anything while using his hands. Always the gear-head, he loved working on cars and tearing them down. He loved putting things back together better than he found them. Cody also loved riding dirt bikes and 4-wheelers
Cody most recently worked for Allied Fence Builders, where he enjoyed the camaraderie, technical skill, hard work and traveling with the guys.
Cody lived a happy life, with a great future filled with possibilities. He had an infectious smile, a quick wit, love for animals (especially the family dogs) and cool spirit that made him one of a kind.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. A funeral service will immediately follow at 5:00pm.
