JACOBS, Cody D., 33, of West Carrollton passed away unexpectedly Sunday March 13, 2011 at home.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents W.H. and Phyllis Leach; maternal grandparents Jim and Sue Beardsley; and great grandmother Oza Melzoni, Cody is survived by her parents Will and Sherry Jacobs; children Daniel, William, Sophia, and Timothy Price; brother Derek Jacobs; sister Montie Jacobs; numerous other family and friends.
Family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00Pm Friday, March 18, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM Saturday March 19, 2011 at Miami Shores Baptist Church, 4000 Vance Rd, Pastor Doug Surber officiating.
Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family.
