Clyde Masters

Clyde C. Masters, age 75 of Morain, Ohio, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Kettering Medical Center. He was born February 18, 1945 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Cecil and Barbara Masters.

Clyde was a loving father and grandfather who cherished the time he spent with his family. He worked in commercial carpentry. He had previously been employed by Price Brothers and retired from Valcom Enterprise. He liked to fix things around the house and loved watching football and golf. He was a huge Tom Brady fan and followed any team who Tom played for. Clyde will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends.

Along with his parents, Clyde is preceded in death by brother, Ronnie Masters and sister, Nancy Fletcher.

Clyde will be missed by his loving children, Angie Thompson and Kaleb Powers; fiance, Sherri Powers; grandchildren, Kayla (Thomas) Dague and Jacob Thompson; sister, Patricia Self; and many nieces, a nephew and extended family members.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, February 17, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. The state of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order and has required that face masks be worn in all public places.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
