Clyde Cecil Marshall, age 94, of Kettering, OH passed away Tuesday March 4, 2014.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Marshall; parents, Adrian and Minnie Marshall; siblings, Ralph, Claude, Charlie, Allie Roe, and Dorothy.
He is survived by his children, Linda (William) Langley and Sandra Schwartzwalder; grandchildren, Jennifer (Tyler) Head, Todd (Marian) Langley, Scott (Kimberly) Langley, Matthew Schwartzwalder, Ryan Schwartzwalder, and Terry (Raymond) Orf; great grandchildren, Stella Langley, Jonah Langley, Layla Langley, Lucy Head, Gabriel Head, Isabella Keeton, Eric Orf and Paige Orf; sister, Betty Durham; and numerous family and friends.
His greatest passion was giving time, energy, and love to his family and friends. He served in the US Army during WWII and retired from Rike's in 1981.
The family would like to thank the staff at Elmcroft and Acclaim Hospice for the loving care, support, and friendship. Memorial contributions may be made to Acclaim Hospice or Alzheimer's Association.
Visitation is Monday March 10, 2014 from 1pm to 2pm with funeral service starting at 2pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
Interment will follow in David's Cemetery, Dayton, OH.
