Clyde Cusick

CUSICK, Clyde, age 67, of Riverside, passed away Monday, October 6,2008. He is the son of Hugh and Bessie Cusick. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Robert J. Cusick and Eve Collins. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Deloris; children, Juella (David) Canup, Larry (Missy) Cusick, Doug (Angi) Cusick, Michael (Jackie) Cusick, Kimberly (Bobby) Dyer; 15 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Larry Cusick; sisters, Louise Asbury and Carol Hartman and numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends. A memorial service will be 5-7PM Friday, October 10, 2008 at Agape Family Worship Center, 2141 Harshman Rd. Riverside, OH 45431. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Hospice of Dayton.
