Clyde Creekmore

CREEKMORE, Clyde, age 79, of Riverside, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2006. He was born January 10, 1927 in Williamsburg, KY, the son of Elmer and Marie (Lovitt) Creekmore. He retired from General Motors after 38 years. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 48 years, Carlie (Whitaker); three daughters and two sons-in-law, Brenda and George McNeely of ,TN, Debbie Boyd of Dayton, Sherri and Bill Sanders of Huber Heights; two sons, Gregory Creekmore of New York, and Bryan Creekmore of Riverside; 5 grandchildren including a close grandson Joel and fiance Fawn; one brother and sister-in-law, Chester and Patsy Creekmore of Kentucky; He was preceded in death by both parents; two sisters, Marjorie Jones and Nannie Perkins. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd.) with Rev. Jason Robinett officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to time of service. Burial will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
