Age 76 of Kettering, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at Hospice of Dayton. He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years Ruth Hughes. He was retired from Hughes Painting & Decorating that his wife Ruth & him ran for 37 years in Beavercreek. He is survived by his children Steven Hughes, Cheryl (Jeff) Murrell, Pamela (Wilbur) Miller; step-daughters Glenda Brents & Judy (Gary) Jones; numerous grandchildren; one great-granchild Jaylynn Eneix. Special Thanks to Hospice of Dayton for their care. Services will be held, 11AM, Sat. Aug. 1 at the NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd, Beavercreek. Interment at Valley View Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 9:30am until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
