Clifford James Baker, Sr., "Skip," age 69, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2017. He was born on December 12, 1947 in Springfield, OH, the son of the late Roland and Minnie Baker.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by 2 sisters and 3 brothers.
Skip is a veteran of the United States Army and served 2 full tours in Vietnam. He was a lifelong member of the V.F.W. He formerly belonged to VFW Post 3660 in Springfield and now belongs to VFW Post 3283 in Huber Heights. He is also a lifelong member of the Disabled American Veterans of Clark County. He was employed with the City of Springfield for 24 years.
Skip leaves behind to cherish his memory, his friend and caregiver, Cindy Wheeler; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Skip will be interred at Dayton National Cemetery in Dayton, OH.
