Claris Shade

SHADE, Claris, 75 of New Carlisle; passed away Sunday, May 16, 2004 at Springfield Community Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace & Grace Fraley 1 son, Eugene Shade. Survivors include her loving husband of 37 yrs., Elwood Shade; 4 sons, James Thompson, Jack (Lois) Shade, Mike (Debbie) Shade & Larry Shade; 4 daughters, Carol (Dave) Leahy, Connie (Ronnie) Johnson, Sandy Westley, & Vivian Shade; 18 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Bill (Bessie) Fraley & Carson (Betty) Fraley; 3 sisters, Faye (John) Garrity, Della Adems & Opal (Virgil) Griffith; numerous nieces & nephews; a host of other family & friends. Services will be held 11 am Thursday 5/20/2004 at House of Refuge Worship Center, 6649 Chambersburg Rd. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery, Tipp City, OH. Family will receive visitors from 5-7 pm Wednesday evening 5/19/04 at the church. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery, Tipp City OH. Claris will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
