Clarence Craycraft

CRAYCRAFT, Clarence, age 77, of Beavercreek, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2015. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Mary; grandson, Alec, as well as numerous brothers and sisters.

Clarence is survived by his wife of 59 years, Maryanne; children, Sheryl (Mike), Terry (Bonnie), Angel (Jeff), Mark (Barb), and Nancy; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; brothers, Russell and Richard, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.

Clarence lived life with supreme grace and courage. He never knew a stranger and was always helping others. Even though he dealt with the challenges of being blind, he loved to tease his family about beating them at bowling and golf. His honesty, integrity, sense of humor, and love of family and faith will carry on through his loved ones and the lives he touched.

Family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm on Friday, July 31, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, OH where a funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery, Dayton, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ohio Parkinson Foundation-Southwest Region, 325 N. Third St., Fairborn, OH 45324.
