Clara Marie Keeton

Clara Marie Keeton, age 87 of Fairborn, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Friends Care Center surrounded by her family. She was born September 10, 1934 in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Isom and Stella Moore.
Clara moved to Ohio at a young age and met the love of her life, Earl, and they were married for 42 years; together they raised seven beautiful children. She was a strong and spunky woman who loved her family dearly. She was truly the matriarch of the Keeton Family and will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting her.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Keeton; sister, Christine Fannin; brother, Curtis Moore; granddaughter, Jenny Manley and great grandchildren, Devin Andrew & Addison Claire Ulrich.
Clara is survived by her children, Rodger (Nancy) Keeton, Patricia Keeton, Robert Keeton, Peggy Jenkins, Randall (Mary) Keeton, Teresa Leeper & Schelly (Kent) Walls; 19 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; 7 siblings and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton - or - Friends Care Community in Yellow Springs in Clara's honor.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Clara's memory on Saturday, July 2, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Fairborn Senior Housing (221 North Central Avenue, Fairborn, Ohio 45324).
