Clara H. Dickson, age 96, of Kettering, passed away Friday, December 13, 2019 at her home.
She was born August 7, 1923 in Dayton, Ohio to the late John and Antoinette (Harmonsky) Paluck. Grew up on Notre Dame Avenue in Old North Dayton and attended Kiser High School. Clara loved her Lithuanian heritage. She worked at Leland Electric and retired from the City of Kettering.
She is survived by sons, David H. Dickson, Paul (Christina) Dickson; daughters, Karen (John) Steck, Melanie Dickson, Pamela (Gary) Moore, Madonna Hart; grandchildren, Allison Hart, John E. (Andrea) Steck; great grandson, Jace T. Steck, and niece, Paula Thesing.
Preceded in death by her husband, Edward Carl Dickson, daughter, Mary Lisa Dickson, sister, Anne Frank, brothers, John Paluck, George Paluck and niece, Gerry Dickson.
Clara was a loving and devoted mother of 7 children.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at Newcomer Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Clara's memory.
