Clara Pearl Bostick

Clara Pearl Bostick, age 81, of Dayton, passed away December 4, 2021. She was born July 6, 1940 in Bessemer, Alabama to the late A.J. and Iona (Sadler) Houston.

Clara was retired from GM after many years of service.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Ulysses Houston, Sterling Houston and Calvin Houston, along with her sister Inez Thomas.

Clara leaves to mourn her children, Randall Smith, Sheila Harris, Joey Smith, Vickye Gregory; grandchildren Damon Bahns, Sadea Bryant; her great-grandchildren Jaia, Taiva, and Tymber, along with many nieces and nephews.

Clara was a talented artist who enjoyed painting and drawing. She also enjoyed working puzzles and was known for having a green thumb. She will always be remembered for her generosity, kindness and for her heart of gold.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 from 11:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm at Newcomer Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd.
