Clair Rifner Jr.

RIFNER, Clair Jr., age 78, of Dayton passed away Saturday, February 2, 2008. He served his country in the Army during the Korean Conflict. Clair worked at NCR, then retired from GM, and continued to work for Bob Ross Buick for 9 years. He was preceded in death by his twin granddaughters Casey and Mandy Rifner. Clair is survived by his wife of 53 years Elizabeth "Betty" Rifner; children Dennis (Colleen) Rifner and Cynthia Wallace; grandchildren Shawn and Ryan Rifner, Cody and Ashley Wallace; sisters-in-law Shirley Faulkner, Ruth Reir, and Dorothy Scott; and many other friends and relatives. The family would like to thank Dr. Tom Donnley and Dr. Anstadt. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 4, 2008 from 5-8PM at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel. The funeral service will be Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at 1:00Pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Dayton Memorial Park.
