Cindy Louise Boonie-Jones, age 49 of Xenia, formerly of Mechanicsburg, PA, passed away Monday, July 25, 2022 at Greene Memorial Hospital. She was born November 12, 1972 in Lewistown , Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Robert H. Boonie and Esther K. Deamer.
Cindy will be remembered for her great cooking abilities; especially her soups. She was a talented artist who loved to create. She was a feisty but kind hearted person who loved her family dearly, but wasn't afraid to speak her mind. She was always willing to help anyone in need. Cindy was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Robert Boonie Jr.
Cindy is survived by her husband, Anthony; children, Alicia Boonie & Kayenta (Austin Heaberlin) Boonie; step children; Kadeija Jones, Ronetta Jones, Tyvonda Jones & Anthony Jones Jr.; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Jerry (Angie) Boonie and their daughter Victoria and her children as well as many other nieces, nephews and friends.
Per Cindy's wishes, there will be no public service. The family will be holding services privately.
