Age 42, of Englewood passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2011, after a lengthy illness.
Chris was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Frank Penno.
Chris is survived by his mother, Barbara A. (Hathaway) Penno; daughter, Sydnee Penno; former wife, Shenelle Mann; step-son, Corey Jones; siblings, Leslie (Michael) Mitchell, Richard (Stacy) Penno & Emily (Vince) Renda; and by his extended family & many good friends.
Chris will be remembered as a great father to his children and will be missed.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday at Emmanuel Catholic Church, 149 Franklin Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402. The family will be receiving friends at the church from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers contributions should be made in memory of Chris to The Dayton Children's Medical Center, Sickle Cell Anemia Center.
