Christopher Shawn Barbosa, born January 23, 1982 in New York City, left this world on July 27, 2023. He graduated from Wayne High School, Class of 2000. He received his Associate's Degree in Creative Design from Sinclair Community College, further cementing his passion for Art and Creativity.
Christopher loved animals, art and music. He cherished his family, especially his two beautiful daughters. Chris was loved by his extended family as well. They enjoyed his brilliant sense of humor, endless creativity, and enthusiasm for the ordinary things in life. Chris worked in various fields, including retail, insurance and property management. He had a talent for making those around him laugh, and his infectious smile could light up any room.
Christopher was preceded in death by his grandparents, Maria & Felix Rodriguez and Alta & Bill O'Brien.
He will be remembered by his daughters: Gabrielle and Lilliana Barbosa; his mother, Carmen Rodriguez-O'Brien (Peter O'Brien); his father, Daniel Barbosa; the mother of his children, Heather Brown; his fiance, Cierra Stuhler; and numerous extended family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at Faith Christian Fellowship Church, 1778 Grange Hall Road, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
Chris had a generous, warm spirit and will be deeply missed by everybody he touched.
