Christine M. Wells

Wells, Christine M., age 74, of Huber Heights, passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at her home. She was born August 7, 1933 in Paintsville, KY, the daughter of Wallace & Nora (Bragg) Blanton. She was a highly decorated nurse that retired from the VA Medical Center and Miami Valley Hospital. She is survived by her son, Robert E. Wells, Sr. and her loving daughter-in-law, Cheryl C. Wells of Huber Heights; grandsons, Bobby, Phillip, & Charley Wells of Dayton; great grandchildren, Elijah, Emma & Taylor; beloved sister, Thelma J. Beam of Dayton; and brother, Adrian (Doodle) Blanton of Lewisburg, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Special thanks to Beverly Johnson and Sandra (Beanie) Bainter for their extraordinary care in a time of need. The family will receive friends at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH on Friday, October 26, 2007 from 5-8 PM. Interment will be at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens, Brookville, OH.
