Christina Jackson

Christina Marie Jackson, age 20, of Riverside, passed away unexpectedly Saturday November 19, 2011. She was born on July 3, 1991 in Portsmouth, VA. She is survived by her father, Charles H. Jackson, mother, Elizabeth Jackson and siblings, Chad and Allison Jackson. She is also survived by grandparents, Drucilla Tipton, Norman and Irene Depot; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles Jackson and great grandmothers, Gladys Jackson and Memere Genest. She was a 2009 Carroll High School graduate and a local Kroger employee for the past three years. She was athletic, loved singing and writing poetry. She had a huge heart and a smile that would brighten everyone's day. Her bubbly personality impacted so many lives. She was dedicated to church and living a christian life. The bible verse she lived by is, "I can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13. A visitation will be held on Friday November 25, 2011 from 4:00-9:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd. A funeral service will take place at 10:00 am at Immaculate Conception Church on Saturday November 26, 2011.
