Christina "Beanie" Ballman

Christina "Beanie" M. Ballman, age 92 of Beavercreek, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Wood Glen Alzheimer's Community. She was born July 21, 1921 in Dayton, Ohio.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John; grandson, Jack; and her sister, Johanna Key.

Beanie is survived by her children, Kristy (Ed) Detmer, Vicki (Ed) Rhea, Jeff (Mary Ellen) Ballman, Pam Dalton and Debbie (Dave Hickey) Miller; grandchildren, Tony, Stephanie, Steve, B.J., Tanya, Brian, Kelly, Andrea, Lee, Valerie and Kimberly, as well as 17 great grandchildren.

Beanie loved traveling, arts & crafts, reading, and crossword puzzles. She was a loving wife and mother and will be missed by all.

Memorial Service will be held Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 6:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432).
