Christopher Michael Thomas, 47, of Cincinnati, passed away on Saturday, December 24th, 2022. He was born Dayton, Ohio on May 28th, 1975 to his parents Michael and Gail Thomas.
Chris attended Wright State University, where he studied Education. He was a senior system engineer for Great American Insurance Company. He was a Past Master, Treasurer, Secretary, and Chief Cook of Yeatman Masonic Lodge #162 in Cincinnati. He had a kind and generous heart, always advocating for various charities. In his spare time, he enjoyed amateur radio, shooting guns, teaching gun safety, and serving on emergency response teams throughout the Cincinnati area.
He is preceded in death by his father, Michael Thomas; and a sister, Melissa Thomas.
He is survived by his mother, Gail Thomas; a brother, Kevin Thomas; and many other family members and friends.
A Visitation will be held on Monday, January 9th, 2023 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Newcomer Centerville Chapel, 820 Miamisburg-Centerville Road, Dayton, Ohio 45459. A Masonic Service will begin at 12:45pm, with the Funeral Ceremony following at 1:00pm, officiated by Rev. Howard Pauley. His final resting place will be at Highland Cemetery in Miamisburg, Ohio.
