Chloe Anne Roark, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Kettering Medical Center.
Chloe was preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents, Edmond and Arlene Boellke; paternal great grandmother, Marcella Bach and a great aunt, Karen Bach.
She is survived by her parents, Ryane and Holly Roark; siblings, Zachary and Sean; maternal grandparents, Rob and Lori Ryan; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Whitlock; aunts and uncle, Kelli (Andin) Fisher and Megan Whitlock; cousins, Ava, Camrynn and Carsen.
Chloe will always be considered a cherished member of the Roark family and her memory will be shared for generations to come.
Her family will privately remember her but ask that those who wish to support them leave a message of hope and strength for their family. Contributions in her memory may be made to the March of Dimes.
