Cheryl Ann Keaton, age 64, of Miamisburg, passed away suddenly on October 16, 2021.
She was born August 14, 1957 in PA to Bobby Ray and Helen Ann (Puckmel) Mullins. Cheryl graduated from West Carrollton High School, Class of 1976. She worked at Oak Creek Terrace for 14 years. Cheryl dearly loved the residents and staff.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Ray Mullins.
She is survived by her daughters, Mandy Perry, Jayme Butler, Holly Powell; her grandkids, J.T., Collin, Lilly, Payton, Johna, Joshua; great-granddaughter Autumn. Cheryl is also survived by her mother, Helen Mullins; brother Chris Mullins; niece Mackenzie; great-niece Kaleigh and many other family, friends and co-workers.
Cheryl liked to crochet and read in her free time. She was very creative and loved decorating for the holidays. Cheryl also made the flowers and decorated for family and friends weddings.
Cheryl was known for having such a big heart and for her kindness to all. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all.
Graveside service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Highland Memorial Cemetery, 723 Upper Miamisburg Rd. Miamisburg, Ohio 45342.
