Cheryl E. Wells, age 70 of Dayton, Ohio went to be with the Lord on May 31, 2021. She was born October 18, 1950 in Dayton, Ohio daughter of the late Thomas Cole Jr. and Sherry Steiner.
Cheryl was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She enjoyed listening to music, dancing, and watching movies. She loved to plant flowers outside around the house. Cheryl had many interest in her life including watching Tom Brady and Bob Seger. Cheryl is going to be greatly missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, Cheryl was preceded in death by her grandmother, Alice Ward.
Cheryl is survived by her children, Angie (Donnie) Russell, Amy (Ray) Cusick, Jeffrey (Tasha) Wells, and Kristen (Daniel) Ekberg; grandchildren, Carlee Russell, Kyle Russell, Ethan Cusick, Emma Cusick, Emilee Ekberg, Hailee Ekberg, and Alaina Fitch; great granddaughter, Mia Cusick; sister, Brenda Harris; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 11, 2021 from 12-1pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). A funeral service will begin at 1pm. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton, Ohio.
