Cheryl Cameron

Cheryl Y. Cameron (Curtis) passed away on February 21, 2024, in Dayton, Ohio, at the age of 64. She was born on December 22, 1959, in Dayton, Ohio.

Predeceased in her death are her Parents Charlotte and Harold Curtis Sr., Sisters Cecilia Jean, and Charlene Mack, Brother Harold Jr. Daughter Ste'nece, great-grandson Ja'Sean, and nephew Dwayne Curtis.

Cheryl is survived by her husband Steven Cameron Sr, and children Steven Cameron Jr, Sharlette (Raymond) Cameron-Floyd, and Stacy (Jo) Cameron-Matota; Grandchildren: Nickole, D'Andray, Sta'Nece, Chereyl, Mar'Kel, Dion Jr, Johanna, Jo Jr, Niya'lei; Great Grandchildren: Dra'ale, Deandre, Ky'Meir, Jordan, Jo'Lanni; Siblings: Susan Chambers, Carolyn Curtis, Kenton Curtis Sr, Angela Curtis. And a host of nieces and nephews. Best friends Kirsten Boyd, and Kathy Lewis, close friends Darlene Tisdale, and Shirley Taylor.

Cheryl enjoyed cooking, dancing, and spending time with her family and friends. There was never a dull moment with Cheryl, she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00 pm on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm.
