Chase Cameron Cummings, age 18, of Englewood, OH passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2012.
He is survived by his parents, John T. Cummings and Lori M. Yuppa; brother, Chad J. Cummings; grandfather, Joseph (Faye) Yuppa; uncles, Joe (Carren) Yuppa, Chris Yuppa, Scott (Christin) Yuppa, Pete Yuppa, and Clay Barnes; aunt Gloria (Don) Brown; and many cousins.
Chase attended Northmont High School at Miami Valley Career Technology Center and studied masonry. He loved his music and hanging out with friends. He will be greatly missed.
Visitation is Saturday, September 22, 2012 from 10am to 1pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
Pastor Danny Kincer is officiating.
A private interment will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local Humane Society.
