Council, Charstine, age 73 of Dayton, passed away on December 27, 2016. She was born August 12, 1943 in Tallassee, AL to the late James and Bessie Cooper.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Raymond E. Cooper.
Charstine is survived by her daughter Susanne (William) Casavant; son Anthony Price; grandchildren Lolita (DeAron) Long and Gregory (Sara) Price; 5 great-grandchildren; brother Charles (Deborah) Cooper; sister Rosemary (Jerry) Blake; as well as numerous extended family and friends.
Charstine was a caring loving Christian mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She will truly be missed by everyone that knew and loved her.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday January 4, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, starting at 4pm until time of service at 6pm.
