Charlotte Haskell
April 9, 1951 — August 20, 2016
Charlotte Haskell, born April 9, 1951 in Dayton, OH to Richard and Joyce Kohlbacher, passed peacefully on August 20, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons, TJ and Billy Meadows; sister, "Tootsie" Russell (Tom).
She is survived by her husband, Steve; brothers, Tony Kohlbacher and Dick (Marlene) Kohlbacher; sister, Demaris (Terry) Martin and her beloved granddaughter, Ashleigh Meadows and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Charlotte attended Stebbins H.S. and retired from DPS as a bus driver. She was an active member in the old East Dayton Club for years and made many lasting friends there. Charlotte loved living in Overlook Homes, bingo and children.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5-8 PM on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation or The wonderful Hospice of Dayton, in Charlotte's memory.
Details of Charlotte's Celebration of Life Gathering will be announced soon.
