Charles Willis Fuston
Age 73, of Harrison Twp., passed away Monday, March 17, 2008.
Charles is survived by his wife of the past 55 years, Bernice Fuston; one daughter, Rhonda & Matt Hartsock; two granddaughters, Kelly & Mike Rowlands and Kyla & Mike Guy; two great grandchildren, Casey Matthew Rowlands & Anna Katelyn Guy; one sister, Iona Garner; two special sisters-in-law, Genell Fuston and Joanna & James Jaques; and by his extended family and many good friends.
Charles attended Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church and was a talented gospel singer and musician. He retired in 1996 from WCC Foundry.
The family would like to extend a special "thank you" to Dr. Gordon, Dr. Reid and the staffs of Grandview Hospital and Hospice of Dayton for the loving care they provided.
The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, with Rev. Arvil Dean officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
He will be greatly missed by his loving family and all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Charles to Hospice of Dayton or the Lymphoma Society.
