Charles Meridith Williford, age 45 of Germantown, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 16, 2018.
Charles was a graduate of Valley View H.S. in Germantown class of 1991. He served as a combat medic in the U.S. Army during the Iraq War. Charles loved to hunt and fish.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Meredith & Roselle Williford and his uncle, John Williford.
Charles is survived by his sons, Charles Jr. (Amberly) Williford and Brandon Williford; sons mother, Lisa Williford; parents, Charlie & Kim Williford; sister, Kimberly (Chris) Boggess; grandchildren, Demyx, Gavyn, Kaiya, Brandon Jr. and Lucian Williford; aunts & uncles, Bob (Kathy) Williford, Jim (Vicky) Williford, Jewell (Dave) Strawn and Seung (Jung) Lee; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 5-6pm at Newcomer South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439. A memorial service will follow at 6pm, with Pastor Jim Williford officiating. Charles will be laid to rest at Dayton National Cemetery after cremation has taken place.
