age 76 of Eaton, OH passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2006. He was known as the "Blind Artist" at the Dayton VA Medical Center. Preceded in death by his mother, Mildred E. Purdy; brother, Raymond S. Purdy; father, Charles A. Purdy; first wife, Clara Liliene. Survived by his beloved wife of 18 years, Barbara Purdy; step-mother, Cleota Purdy; daughter and son-in-law, Suzan and Dale Morris. Memorial to be held 2:30 p.m. Saturday, October 14, 2006 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 229 Wayne Trace Road, Eaton, OH. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering Chapel.
