Charles W. Patterson "Bill"
Age 78, of Dayton, passed away Friday, May 4, 2007, at Heartland of Beavercreek.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife of 15 years, Lena Patterson, in 1999; three brothers, Floyd, Earl & Everett Patterson; and by his nephew, Ray Patterson.
Bill is survived by three children, Sara Jane (& her husband, Kelley) McClain, Lesia L. Moyers and Carlos E. (& his wife, Pamela) Moyers; grandchildren, Renee (& her husband, Raleigh) Bacon, Ahlia N. Moyers, Ceira (& her husband, Shannon) Wick, Joseph Moyers; and great grandchildren, Jake & Ellery Bacon.
Bill was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, AMVETS # 24, V.F.W. # 431; and he served in the United States Army.
The family will be receiving friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Services will follow at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Mike Plunket officiating. Interment Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
