Charles V. Foster

FOSTER Sr., Charles V., age 74, of Springfield, passed away Monday, February 23, 2009. He was born June 16, 1934 in Dayton, OH, the son of Charles F. and Nellie (Manor) Foster. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Doris (Sidenstick) Foster; children, Evelyn Williams, Charles Foster Jr., Franklin Foster, Rodney Foster, and Timothy Foster; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; three sisters and two brothers. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Beverly Foster; both parents; three sisters. Visitation will be held Friday, February 27, 2009 from 1-2 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel with funeral services at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Kenneth Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Byron Cemetery in Fairborn.
