Charles Robert Schultz, age 77 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Kindred Hospital. He was born August 13, 1941 in Cincinnati, Ohio the son of Charles E. and Emmalyne Schultz.
Charles served in the U.S. Army through two tours in the Vietnam War until his retirement. After his service in the military, he worked as a postal carrier for the U.S. Postal Service.
Along with his parents, Charles E. and Emmalyne Schultz, Charles was preceded in death by brother, Donald P. Schultz.
Charles will be missed by his loving wife of over 54 years, Anna M. Schultz; son, Tony (Stacey) Schultz; grandchildren, Anthony C. and Aidan K. Schultz; sisters, Diana Lee (Karl) Gustafson and Kathy Ann Simko; nephew, Charles L. (Jeana) Knight; niece, Kimberly A. Hultberg and great nephew, Charles A. Knight.
By Charles' request, there will be no services, however; contributions may be made in his memory to a charity of your choice.
