Charles is preceded in death by Brother, Larry K. Romine.
He is survived by Sons, Charles A. Romine, Jr., and Albert Francis, Daughters, La Vonda S. Romine, Cherie L. Romine, Racqueal I. Romine, Charita Evans, Tanicia Black, Beloved Sister, Reva M. Romine, 14 grandchildren. A host of great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Family will receive friends on Friday, September 29, 2017 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Mt. Enon Baptist Church, 1501 W 3rd St., Dayton, Ohio 45402. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 11:00 am also at Mt. Enon Baptist Church. Messages of condolence may be left at www.NewcomerDayton.com.
