Charles Purcell
Charles G. Purcell, age 62 of Huber Heights, passed away November 25, 2010. He was born August 19, 1948 in Marshall, MI to the late George A. and Margery C. Purcell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Dennis G. Purcell; and sister, Kathy D. Purcell.
Charles is survived by his daughters: Beth Ann (Charlie) Roper, Maureen (Rick Morgan) Purcell and Janice Purcell; 7 grandchildren: Kerri, Alexia, Maura, Gavin, Brayden, Henry and Meghan; brother, Larry (Sheryl) Purcell; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served in the Vietnam War. He retired from Klosterman Baking Company after many years of service. He was a member of AMVETS Post #464.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday, December 3, 2010 at 6:00 pm at the AMVETS Post #464 (5420 Brandt Pike, Huber Heights, Ohio, 45424). If desired, donations may be made to the family in care of Newcomer Funeral Home.
